Manuel Barrios nasceu no Chile e teve seu primeiro contato com a tatuagem aos 14 anos. Aos 18 já tatuava profissionalmente. Estudou 2 anos de Desenho Gráfico e 3 anos de Pintura no Chile. No ano de 2002 veio para o Brasil e desde então vem tatuando em diversos estudios. Sua especialidade é tatuagem tradicional americana e oriental (bodysuit).
